The Trust is seeking a specialty doctor to join Northgate Ward. Whilst the predominant focus of the role is direct clinical provision we would like the post holder to contribute to service developments for the continual improvement of the care we offer. Dr Gabriela Martyn is the current supervising consultant for this post.
SASG doctors are very well supported by the Suffolk SAS tutor (Dr Gabriela Martyn) with dedicated peer support and continuous professional activities. NSFT runs a dedicated and focused CESR programme, whereby suitable candidates are encouraged and supported to build up their CESR portfolio.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work with their consultant and management colleagues, service users and stakeholders in the planning, development and management of services. The post holder is expected to contribute to improving quality in the service and to work with theclinical team to achieve agreed performance targets. As is expected from the holder of a senior public position the post-holder must at all times comply fully with the Nolan Principles and the Standards of Business Conduct.
