Are you an outstanding Mental Health Nurse, with substantial experience wanting to live and work in the UK?

We are looking for overseas trained Nurses who have passed IELTS/OET and the Mental Health CBT with a decision letter from the NMC.

We are looking for nurses who display compassion, empathy and sensitivity in their approach to people who may be distressed or have a challenging manner. You will need to be enthusiastic and conscientious and do everything you can to provide the best care to our service users.

Main duties of the job

We offer a dedicated support service which will guide you through the process of arriving in the UK, which includes VISA support, booking flights and arranging accommodation.

Once you have arrived, we have dedicated pastoral support to help you with the transition and we offer a full and comprehensive OSCE training programme to help you prepare for you OSCE exam and adjust to life in the UK.

To help you with your move to the UK we offer:

  • Reimbursement of successful IELTS or OET fees
  • Reimbursement of CBT
  • OSCE fee (including travel costs to the exam centre)
  • NMC registration fee
  • Certificate of Sponsorship and Visa
  • Accommodation for 3 months
  • Flight to the UK and travel from UK airport to Norfolk & Suffolk
  • Dedicated support team to help you relocate to the UK.

About us

We are only accepting applications from Mental Health Nurses and only offer a limited number of places per year to ensure we offer the very best training and support.

To apply for this role you must be able to demonstrate the below

  • You have significant experience working as a mental health nurse
  • You have passed IELTS or OET
  • You have passed your Mental Health CBT
  • You have your NMC decision letter for a Registered Mental Health nurse

Interviews will take place via MS Teams.

You will initially join us as a band 4 pre-registration nurse and upon successful completion of your OSCE and NMC registration being obtained you will move to a band 5 Mental Health Nurse role.
