Hello, my name is Jhiselle, and I am the Service Manager for the CFYP (Child, Family and Young Person) CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health) Service.
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to support us on our improvement journey. As Principal Psychologist, you would offer first class clinical leadership within our CAMH's community therapeutic service for children and young people.

The post holder will be based, in part, within West Norfolk, and there is flexibility to work at any one of an array of office bases across Norfolk and Waveney. These include offices in Central Norwich and Great Yarmouth.
The successful candidate will be supporting an energetic multi-disciplinary team, providing clinical leadership and shaping service quality as we improve our clinical pathways across the Norfolk and Waveney service line.
You will work closely alongside other clinicians including Consultant Psychiatrists, Consultant and Principal Psychologists across the service, actively leading on the improvement of service quality for those most in need of Mental Health Services in Norfolk & Waveney.
This post is offered on a substantive, part-time basis and we are pleased to accept applicants from colleagues interested a part time, 0.6 WTE role.
We are also able to offer a £3000 welcome bonus for this post.
Main duties of the job
The primary requirements of this role will include offering clinical leadership to the West CAMHS Team while holding a restricted number of complex clinical cases. You will provide clinical oversight and support to other members of the CAMHS team. This will include direct clinical supervision of a range of clinicians and overall responsibility for the clinical quality of the service working alongside the Community Team Manager, Service Manager and Consultant Clinical Psychologist.
Our successful applicant will be experienced in working with complex therapeutic presentations and use an eclectic but evidence-based range of therapeutic interventions.

- Post graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology, or it's equivalent, including eligibility for chartered status with the BPS
