Job summary

Band 5 Staff Nurse wanted for Beach Ward, Hammerton Court, Julian Hospital - Male Dementia Assessment Inpatient Ward

We are looking for an individual to join our nursing team who is committed and able to integrate and support the wider team to maintain high standards of care. A strong team work ethic and sense of accountability, first class assessment and communication skills are essential criteria.

The successful candidate will have an interest in working with physical and mental health issues in older people's services and an appreciation of the wider impact of dementia on peoples lives.

Main duties of the job

ROLE SUMMARYThe post holder will undertake the planning and delivery of direct patient carewithout direct supervision, ensuring continuity of practice.As named nurse to ensure accurate mental health clustering is carried out onadmission, discharge and at reviews.
