Retail Manager Band 4 37.5 hours per week
To be part of the Estates and Facilities directorate management team responsible for the safe and efficient provision of services
The post holder will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of the day-to-day retail options, which includes staff management and ensuring that food for staff, patients and visitors is of a consistently high standard.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be the operational lead for HACCP within the department, responsible for ensuring accurate record keeping and filing of all data.
The post holder will have a flexible approach to work and actively support staff through hands-on working. The post holder will also need to have a friendly and helpful manner and have a sensitive approach when dealing with patients, staff and visitors.
