This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced healthcare assistant to play a vital role in shaping and enhancing our services. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and their families, we want to hear from you!

In this position, you will have the chance to use your initiative while working independently and collaboratively with our supportive team. Your focus will be on ensuring that every patient and family has a positive, memorable experience during their visits to our department.

Main duties of the job

- Warmly greet patients and manage the flow of activity within our welcoming department.

- Use your excellent communication skills to keep visitors informed and reassured about any delays.

- Chaperone patients during clinical consultations, providing comfort and support.

- Prepare our clinic rooms each day, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.

- Organise supplies and handle orders with efficiency.

- Measure the height and weight of children with care and compassion.

- Assist with procedures and phlebotomy after receiving appropriate training.

- Work collaboratively with our fantastic team or take initiative as needed.

- Invest in your own personal development and help others grow by sharing your knowledge and insights.
