About us

Our Trusts have a long history of partnership working as geographical neighbours, with some of our Executive Directors sitting across both Boards, driven by our shared commitment to enhancing patient care, improving health outcomes, and ensuring the sustainability of services for the benefit of our patients and communities. Both Trusts provide integrated acute and community services for the populations they serve.

We have an annual budget of £400m and 6,500 staff. Our latest CQC rating was Requires Improvement overall, with a rating of Good in the Caring domain, and we continue to make progress in our transformation journey.
