Main duties of the job

Detailed job description and main responsibilities1. Support the development of improved performance and service delivery throughout the Trust through the implementation of robustreporting systems.2. Support quality improvement generally, and the Trusts Service Improvement Team specifically, through the provision of accurate anduseful information which meets agreed specifications.3. Keep up-to-date with relevant technologies, new techniques and developments that might occur and provide training to others ifrequired.4. Contribute to effective team working by transferring skills and knowledge to appropriate staff and ensuring that working procedures areproperly documented and maintained.5. Undertake all Core Competency training identified through skills reviews.6. Be aware of the latest thinking and best-practice application of business intelligence and performance reporting and other related fields.7. Adhere to the standards laid down in the NHS Code of Conduct for Managers.8. Participate in personal objective setting and reviews that are in line with strategic objectives.9. Attend all mandatory training sessions as required by the Trust.10. Undertake regular 1:1 reviews of the core competencies within the Skills Framework11.
