We're looking for someone who is ready to lead. You don't need to have held a leadership position before - but you do need to be:
- A confident, compassionate communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Committed to the Trust's Be Think Doleadership philosophy.
- Passionate about team development, inclusion, and wellbeing.
- Capable of making clear decisions under pressure.
- Respected by your peers and ready to be a role model for others.
