Job summary
Acute Adult Division- Complex Care
An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced nurses to join our highly motivated and enthusiastic Complex Care clinical team to deliver the best care to our patients. The Complex Care specialty contains a number of wards and we would encourage you to look at the attached ward profiles which will provide you with more information about the services we offer.
The Trust appreciates and values the contribution international nurses bring to the NHS. We also understand the support overseas nurses need to gain full registration once in the UK (via OSCE) and therefore we only recruit internationally to fill nursing vacancies when we can ensure support is in place. At this present time we aren't in a position to offer that support and therefore will not accept applications from overseas nurses who only have Part 1 NMC registration. If that position changes in future we will clearly advertise our opportunities for international nurses to join our nurse team here in Bolton. Thank you for your understanding.
Main duties of the job
You will be required to work shift patterns but we are happy to discuss this with you, and also have a conversation about part-time and shifts that may suit your personal circumstances. We have a separate process for newly qualified nurse recruitment and are seeking applications from nurses who have sufficient post-registration working experience.
We are absolutely committed to your development and will create a dedicated personal development plan for you to make sure your career aspirations and training requirements are fully supported.
