Main duties of the job
In support of the Deputy Director of Operational Finance / Associate Director of Finance to ensure the Division (s) make effective use of the available financial resources in pursuit of agreed Divisional and Corporate goals
To provide a comprehensive financial management and support service to the Division (s), providing a range of advice as a supporting member of the Senior Divisional Management Team and working closely with the Divisional Director of Operations (DDO)
To take lead responsibility for the Trust's annual financial planning process whilst adhering to corporate standards and timetables
To deputise for the Deputy Director of Operational Finance / Associate Director of Finance as appropriate
To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Senior Management Accountant and the Management Accounts Assistant within the Divisional Team within Finance
