An exciting opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking and dynamic Personal Assistant to join the Anaesthetic and Surgical Services Division and Diagnostic and Support Services Division, supporting the senior management team as a Personal Assistant. The divisions remain separate, however the divisional admin team merged teams in July 2022 to ensure efficiency, productivity and cross divisional working.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking an enthusiastic, exceptionally well organised individual to support the Divisional Management Teams. The post holder will work closely with the Divisional Director of Operations and Deputy Divisional Director of Operations, organising meetings, taking minutes of meetings and ensure smooth running of the administration for the management team.
