We are looking for a Band 7 Shift Co-Ordinator who is motivated, innovative, dynamic and friendly to join our team.
Bolton Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is one of only three tertiary centres in the Greater Manchester Neonatal network and part of the North West Neonatal Delivery Network.
Main duties of the job
We are looking to recruit a motivated and hardworking Band 7 Shift Co-Ordinator whom has excellent communication skills and a passion for their role. When working clinically we expect you to perform with passion and drive and provide clinically excellent care, be supportive to patients, families and other members of the MDT. As a Band 7 Co-Ordinator you will be expected to promote and lead the delivery of an excellent standard of patient care.
About us
We are a well established level 3 NICU providing a high quality service to the local Neonatal network and beyond. The current cot configuration is 17 ICU/HDU and 19 special care cots. We have a team of highly dedicated consultants and nurses who work collaboratively to deliver high quality care to our patients and their families.
