Registered Nurse - Ward F4

Job summary

F4 Ward; Short stay general surgery, urology and ENT.

We are looking to recruit motivated, hardworking nurses who have excellent communication skills & a passion for their role and improving patient care. When working clinically we expect you to perform with passion and drive, provide clinically excellent care, and be supportive to patients, relatives, and other MDT members. As a Registered Nurse you will be expected to promote and lead the delivery of an excellent standard of patient centred care in a supported environment.

Main duties of the job

F4 is a 24 bed male and female surgical ward. Specialising in caring for both male and female patients undergoing planned surgery and those admitted with acute surgical conditions.

The ward support pathways of care for patients undergoingurology, ENT and general surgery. This is both elective surgery and emergency admissions.

F4 has a dynamic multi-disciplinary team with compassion for delivering excellent patient care and experience. This team are dedicated to supporting your learning and development throughcompetencies in ENT and tracheostomy care,urology pathways along with professional development skills via the appraisal process incorporating the Trust Values.
