An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 5 Trainee Anaesthetic Nurse to join our dynamic, friendly and forward thinking team.
We are currently recruiting qualified nurses with a minimum of 12 months experience to work in our theatre department and attend Bolton University to complete the anaesthetic module over 9-12 month period. Our department offers a wide range of specialities including general surgery, trauma and elective orthopaedics, oncoplastic breast, gynaecology, obstetrics, ENT and oral maxillofacial surgery.

Main duties of the job

You will be highly motivated with a can do attitude and will join an innovative and pro-active team to provide safe, clean and personal care using evidence based practice. You will be a registered nurse with current NMC registration.
The post-holder will be expected to be flexible to respond to change and organisational needs. There is a requirement to work flexible hours over the 24 hour day, including weekends and on call rota.
