A vacancy has arisen for a Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Team Leader to join our Service based at Various sites across Oldham and Rochdale
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to work closely with our current Physiotherapy Team Leaders and Operational Leads.
You will have evidence of leadership skills through project work and be able to demonstrate a commitment to excellent care and customer service. You should have proven experience of staff and service development.
You must be able to demonstrate specialist skills in the assessment and management of pelvic health conditions and the ability to manage a complex caseload.
You will be encouraged and supported to develop your clinical, teaching, research, and managerial skills. Opportunities for staff development; in-service training; and protected supervision time are well established within the service.
Main duties of the job
- To have day to day management responsibility for thephysiotherapy pelvic health service
- To ensure effective operational management of the service and delivery of high quality, safe, person-centred care
- To manage a complex caseload of patients
- To support Operational leads with workforce planning and recruitment
- To work closely with Operational Leads on the planning, delivery, and evaluation of the service.
- To contribute to service development, research, and audit within the specialism.
- To provide teaching, training, supervision and support for junior staff and students
- To manage patient concerns and support in the investigation of formal complaints and incidents.
