Main duties of the job

Are you ready to leverage your clinical expertise to make a meaningful difference? We're seeking a dedicatedNurse to lead and support patient care on our busy ward/unit.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Use your skills and experience to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate personalized care programmes for a specific patient group, while supporting the wider patient community
  • Assist in managing daily ward activities, ensuring smooth workflow, effective communication, and a positive environment for both patients and staff
  • Provide vital guidance and mentorship to junior team members--especially newly qualified staff--to support their growth and confidence
  • Play a pivotal role in the education, supervision, and assessment of learners and unregistered staff, fostering professional development
  • Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions, applying your knowledge and skills to meet each patient's unique needs
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the multidisciplinary team, making timely referrals and ensuring comprehensive care
