Main duties of the job
Are you ready to leverage your clinical expertise to make a meaningful difference? We're seeking a dedicatedNurse to lead and support patient care on our busy ward/unit.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Use your skills and experience to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate personalized care programmes for a specific patient group, while supporting the wider patient community
- Assist in managing daily ward activities, ensuring smooth workflow, effective communication, and a positive environment for both patients and staff
- Provide vital guidance and mentorship to junior team members--especially newly qualified staff--to support their growth and confidence
- Play a pivotal role in the education, supervision, and assessment of learners and unregistered staff, fostering professional development
- Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions, applying your knowledge and skills to meet each patient's unique needs
- Collaborate seamlessly with the multidisciplinary team, making timely referrals and ensuring comprehensive care
- Offer compassionate support to patients and their families, upholding their dignity, privacy, and emotional well-being

Please note an NMC PRN PIN is not a full NMC PIN and would not fulfil the essential criteria for this role.
