Your Role:
- Lead and manage the clinical care within Ward 24, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff
- Step into the shoes of the Ward Manager when needed, taking responsibility for smooth operations
- Serve as a role model for junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to local and trust policies, setting the standard for high-quality care
