Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual, who will coordinate the work of the administration team and work as part of that team, providing a high level of administrative support to the clinical and secretarial team.
You must possess good communication skills; have the ability to effectively work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative, proven organisational skills, an excellent telephone manner and a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
You will be an integral member of the team, working in a rewarding environment. This key role will involve coordinating of emails and incoming calls to the service and will assist in the day-to-day administration workload.
Main duties of the job
- Line management and support for administrative staff within the service.

- Collect, collate, input and extract data into/from NHS systems.
- Maintain and support development of administrative systems set up in the team office to ensure an organised and efficient working environment for staff.

- To provide professional, comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the team. This includes word processing and audio typing (where appropriate) which may include letters, minutes, memos, notes, email communication and presentationsin line with Trust corporate guidelines.
