Main duties of the job
Are You a Registered Nurse and Health Visitor Ready to Make a Difference?
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Health Visitors to join our team, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional care to infants, children, and families in our community.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Taking ownership of the operational and strategic management of your caseload, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care through a multidisciplinary approach
- Working closely with other agencies to identify and safeguard vulnerable children and families, making a real difference in their lives
- Contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of community services, helping us provide the best support possible
- Managing the development, implementation, and compliance of policies, procedures, audits, and benchmarks to maintain high standards of care
- Leading on staff appraisal, personal development plans, and clinical supervision to promote continuous learning and professional growth
What We're Looking For:
- Registered Nurse and qualified Health Visitor with a passion for delivering child and family-centred care
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage caseloads strategically and operationally
