Gynaecology Sister / Charge Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse to join the nursing team on Gynaecology Outpatients as a Sister/Charge Nurse

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about women's health and has a passion to be involved in continuing to develop the services provided in gynaecology outpatients.

As an experienced nurse you will be working with a friendly and motivated team of Registered and non registered nursing staff, working alongside the GOPD manager in supporting Clinical Nurse Specialists in their roles.

The role involves working clinically in a variety of clinics gaining competence in these areas. The role will also involve the management of the unit which includes attendance and absence management, roster management, change management and service improvement and being a role model for the junior and multi-disciplinary team.
