Job summary
The Neurology Department is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to provide typing support for the Neurology department.
The post holder is expected to provide day to day secretarial and administrative services employing advanced audio typing skills with the use of medical terminology.
This post will provide you with an exciting challenge and give you the opportunity to play a key-supporting role in the development of the Service. It is a busy but rewarding department to work in with a great emphasis on teamwork and achieving departmental targets.
Main duties of the job
- To provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the triage team within the neurology department
- To support secretarial and administrative colleagues in meeting departmental objectives.
