Job summary
The position of Quality Improvement (QI) Project Manager offers successful candidates an opportunity to make a real difference to the care our patients and service users receive.
QI Project Managers are given the opportunity to work closely with frontline teams to support a variety of different improvement activities all aimed at improving outcomes for those that access our services.The role is diverse allowing those with an interest in QI in healthcare to work on real world challenges across one of the largest NHS Trust's in the North West.
The successful candidate will also be given opportunities to develop their QI knowledge and skills both in practice as well as by accessing our QI curriculum.

Main duties of the job
The Quality Improvement Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to day management of key strategic projects that drive continuous improvements in healthcare service delivery. The Quality Improvement Project Manager works with our Quality Improvement Leads and is responsible for a broad portfolio of improvement activities and interactions across the Organisation.
The Quality Improvement Project Manager is responsible for driving our improvement projects and to deliver excellent administration, task completion, action logs and event management associated with QI projects.
