Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities: Delivering High-Quality Patient Care

As a Registered Nurse at Oldham Hospital, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality nursing procedures
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care through assessment
  • Promoting patient health and preventing illness
  • Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework
  • Supporting service user safety, dignity, and continuous improvement
  • Undertaking delegated responsibilities from the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse

Clinical Skills:

  • Wound care and management
  • Supporting vascular, orthopaedic, and plastic surgery clinics
