Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for the appointment of 2 Senior Clinical Fellow within Trauma, Orthopaedic and Plastic Surgery, at Salford Royal Hospital.
This is a Permanent post which will provide an opportunity for the appointee to learn and develop subspecialty-level skill in the management of Orthopaedics.
The appointee will be expected to participate fully in the provision of District General Hospital services to the residents of Salford. It is proposed that the appointee will provide 10 PA's per week (9 PA's DCC and 1 SPA) which will include outpatient clinics, operating theatre lists and administration.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be based at Salford Royal Hospital with elective lists predominantly at Fairfield General Hospital and Rochdale Infirmary
The successful candidate must have full registration with the GMC and continue to hold a Licence to Practice.
You will be given active support with basic science and clinical research / audit and will be expected to present and publish this work as appropriate.
