An excellent opportunity has become available to join us as a Colorectal Specialist Nurse.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with all members of the multi-professional team to ensure that patients receive seamless care within the Trust and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist advice to support the assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care.
- Deliver care programs and interventions as needed, ensuring a high standard of nursing practice.
- Carry out specialized nursing procedures with competence and confidence.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of education and training programs for staff and learners, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
Main duties of the job
