Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and dedicated nurse to join the Haematology Specialist Nursing team at Salford Care Organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team committed to delivering high quality, personalised care to patients with various haematological malignancies.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will act as the key worker for haematology patients from investigation to initial diagnosis and throughout the whole cancer pathway to ensure coordination and continuity of care.

The post holder will liaise with all members of the multi-disciplinary team, including members of the Primary Health Care Team, to provide specialist nursing knowledge and expertise on all aspects of Haematology-Oncology.

If you are passionate about providing high-quality care, have a keen interest in haematology, and possess excellent communication skills along with the knowledge and skills to be able to support patients through their pathways, we would love to hear from you.
