Main duties of the job

If you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals living with diabetes then join our innovative team as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse and play a crucial role in transforming healthcare delivery.

In this dynamic position, you will assess, plan, and implement tailored treatment plans for patients with diabetes, ensuring that they receive the best possible care. Your expertise will extend beyond direct patient interactions; you will also develop and deliver specialised education and training to fellow healthcare professionals and caregivers.
