Job summary
Due to promotion, we are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated clinical pharmacist to join our experienced Intermediate Care pharmacy team working at the Bevan Unit - a purpose-built unit at Salford, which forms part of an extended care redesign model, supporting patients to remain well and at home as long as possible.Working as part of the MDT you will lead the clinical pharmacy service and deliver high quality care; ensuring medicines are optimised and patients get the best outcomes and experience from taking their medicines. The post requires you to be enthusiastic, resilient, adaptable and able to plan/manage your time to meet the needs and goals of the service.This new post offers a real opportunity to work across interfaces of care, driving service development and quality improvement through clinical leadership and innovation. In return, you will be supported in your own professional development, with strong links to the pharmacy department.
