Main duties of the job

Are you a dedicated nurse ready to make a difference in the lives of children and young people with acute and complex health needs? We're looking for a passionate individual to join our Children's Community Nursing Team!

In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality, skilled nursing care while supporting young patients in their homes and community settings. Your responsibilities will include conducting holistic assessments and developing tailored care programs to meet each child's unique needs. You'll be the vital link between community, primary, secondary, and tertiary care, ensuring that every child receives seamless support.

You'll manage your own caseload with guidance from a senior team member, empowering you to work independently and develop your skills. Regular clinical supervision will be provided to ensure you're supported every step of the way.
