Job summary

Our Digital Fulfilment Team have a singular focus on making sure that we are doing everything possible to get colleagues access to whatever they need from IT quickly and simply, whether it's their very first day with the Trust, they've changed role, or they just need something new.

As a member of this team you'll need a relentless focus on customers' needs and an analytical approach to continuous improvement.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who has experience managing system accounts, IT purchasing, configuring and deploying end user devices and can provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will also need to have analytical skills to help drive continual improvement in the team and be continually checking if we are meeting the customers' needs.

  • Degree in IT relating subject or equivalent level, or equivalent experience
  • GCSE English and Mathematics grade C or equivalent.

  • Experience in a medium to large organisation supporting users of IT equipment and systems
  • Experience in a customer focused environment
