To help us achieve this, you will be responsible for providing support work to aid the rehabilitation of patients. You will carry your own caseload, perform patient therapy assessments, develop, implement, and evaluate individualised holistic treatment programmes, and deliver a high standard of evidence-based care.

Within all our Intermediate Tier services, you will work within and have support from a multi-disciplinary team, follow appropriate pathways of care, and liaise with and refer to other agencies as appropriate.

We seek someone hardworking and motivated with clinical, communication, organisational and time management skills.
