Job summary
We have an exciting operational opportunity within the Planned Care Directorate team at the Rochdale Infirmary for an 8 month Band 4 Failsafe Officer in Ophthalmology.
You will be a self-motivated individual with the ability to perform in a rapidly changing environment whilst achieving challenging deadlines.
Main duties of the job
As a Failsafe Officer for the Service, you will ensure the supervision and provision of an efficient and effective administrative service, including monitoring of patient waiting times and pathways.
You will be supporting the Directorate and Assistant Directorate Manager to ensure optimum and ongoing performance in line with corporate objectives.
You will have hospital administrative experience, with the ability to achieve results and targets whilst working collaboratively with clinical colleagues.
