Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified pharmacy technician(or a pre-registration Pharmacy Technician due to qualify in September 2024)to join our team.

You will have the opportunity to take part in personal development to help support you through your career.

Main duties of the job

To work alongside Clinical Pharmacists supporting the Medicines Management service to the wards, ensuring patients receive the highest standards of care in the management of their medication. Duties will include taking medication histories, assessment of patients own drugs (POD's), and preparation of medication for discharge.
