We are looking for a Full time, Band 7 District Nurse Lead to join our Community Nursing teams within Community Services Bury.
The successful candidate will provide leadership to the District Nursing Team, working alongside the team leaders and service managers and will influence promoting a quality service whilst achieving high standards of assessment for personalised care plans, enabling excellent care delivery to patients within their own home.
