Main duties of the job

If you are a Doctor with an interest in Emergency or Acute Medicine, we could have the job for you.

You will be at the forefront of engineering a new approach to emergency and urgent care.

Urgent Care Centre (UCC) and Clinical Assessment Unit (CAU) in Rochdaleo North Manchester General Hospital (NMGH)o The Royal Oldham Hospital (TROH)o Fairfield General Hospital (FGH

The post holder with be responsible, under the supervision of the consultant, for the day to day care of emergency patients. You will be expected to play a full part in the relevant departmental rota.

The post holder will work and liaise with the colleagues across the multidisciplinary team to ensure an appropriate, professional and timely provision of care to patients.

  • Full registration with the General Medical Council and valid Licence to practise
