REACHE Alumni and Members Liaison Officer

Job summary
Your main activities will be to maintain strong links between the REACHE team, our members and alumni and to work with the NCA to promote REACHE and our work. You must be a refugee or asylum seeker healthcare professional who has passed through the REACHE programme to apply for this role.
You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to positively influence and motivate others.
You must hold GMC/NMC or a recognised Healthcare registration and have experience of working in the hospital or community setting and have a proven track record of strong organisational skills. Experience of integrated working in a multidisciplinary team and have a proactive approach to identify service development opportunities, plus have resilience in the ability to adapt to a changing landscape.
You must be able to work on your own initiative to organise and prioritise your own workload and balance this with the demands of this diverse and varied role.
2 sessions per week / 8 hours per week on the junior clinical fellow pay scale (please enquire for clarification if you require it)
Main duties of the job
To be responsible for organising REACHE member social events and trips.
To maintain a REACHE members and alumni network interested in abstracts publication and conferences. Members of this network will be invited to partake in academic work at REACHE and member liaison.
To represent member input within team policies, procedures and meetings including representing the member voice in significant concern evaluations.
To be the alumni representative at events and maintain the alumni database.
