Within this role, you will have the opportunity to rotate through various specialities, including Acute Stroke, Stroke Rehabilitation, Respiratory/Medicine, General Rehabilitation, Orthopaedics, MSK, community paediatrics, community rehabilitation and falls and Intermediate care

The Physiotherapy service is working towards a 7 day model and as such you will be expected to be flexible in terms of working patterns including weekday hours, weekends, bank holidays and extra hours if necessary.
Main duties of the job
- Perform high quality, timely patient assessments and determine a clinical judgement of the patient's condition/needs.
- Develop, implement and modify individualised treatment programmes, using a person centred and goal focused approach.
- Monitor and evaluate treatment plans to ensure maximum patient benefit and health outcomes.
- Ensure appropriate pathways of care and communication via liaison and referral to other agencies as required.
- Work as an autonomous practitioner with responsibility for your own clinical caseload which will include patients with complex needs.
- Access regular training, supervision and support from senior staff.
