Job summary
A vacancy has become available for a full time Support Secretary at Salford Royal Hospital.
The role is based within the Urology Administration Team providing comprehensive support across the department.You will have a high degree of administration experience, excellent communication skills and be proficient with a wide variety of computer packages.
Main duties of the job
Knowledge of Patient Centre, record management and clinic management - referrals, appointments and waiting lists in line with 18 week RTT principles - would be an advantage but not essential as would Medisec and the ability to type and format complex reports accurately and to tight deadlines.
There is a high level of contact with external service users therefore good interpersonal skills are a priority. Strong organisational skills and accuracy are required and the ability to flexibly manage and prioritise a full workload.
