Main duties of the job
In order to deliver against the ambition set, the Talent and Organisational Development team have developed specific roles to support the team and achieve the ambition.
We are seeking to recruit a driven, dynamic and enthusiastic team player who has a proven track record of working on their own initiative and also works well within an existing team.
The post holder will work closely with the Leadership and Management Leads to ensure the smooth running of Leadership and Management programmes throughout the Northern Care Alliance.
You should have first-rate communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to adapt your interpersonal and relational skills to a wide range of stakeholders and external agencies.
In addition, you should possess excellent organisational and co-ordination skills and be experienced in dealing with confidential information, data processing, analytics, as well as supporting the implementation of new systems and processes.
