Job summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic business analyst to work on a variety of projects including clinical and non-clinical transformation and change. The focus will be to engage with stakeholders to engage, elicit, define, validate, and document processes and requirements.
This role will provide business analysis expertise and support across a range of Programmes of work within the Digital Department.
New staff can expect a warm virtual welcome but will need to have the ability to build relationships whilst working onsite and remotely.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant must be able to:
- Assimilate, document, and communicate a wide range of information.
- Translate complex process and technical information into an appropriate format.
- Communicate with a wide range of business representatives, at all levels, in a variety of complex areas to ascertain their needs. Be able to critique those needs and arrive at a set of prioritised requirements
- Discover user needs, gap analysis, impact analysis, stakeholder management, solution design, user stories creation and maintenance.
- Use persuasive, motivational, negotiating and training skills to present complex, sensitive, or contentious information to project boards
- Lead by positive example to ensure that all project team members are following the project methodology
- Support delivery of the digital strategic objectives
