Job summary
An exciting opportunity has opened to provide a comprehensive secretarial service within the Division.
You will provide a confident professional service to all patients and their carers, whilst supporting them throughout their pathway of care. It is vital that confidentiality be maintained at all times. You must adhere to Trust Policies and Procedures at all times.
Main duties of the job
Your main duties will be to manage the Cardiology diagnostic test waiting lists, audio and live transcription, managing OP slot utilisation, waiting list management, 18 Week RTT and liaising with patients to manage patient pathways. You will be expected to work with minimum of supervision.
You will also be able to demonstrate flexibility and use own initiative to carry out duties in such a way as to make a direct and positive contribution to the organisation, thus enabling the Consultant and their team to utilise their time in an efficient and effective manner.
