Job summary

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic analyst with a talent for presenting data to join the Aqua team to help us to deliver insight that drives quality improvement for our customers and members. This post offers individuals with a strong background in creating actionable intelligence the opportunity to take the next step in their career and get involved in work including:

o Inspire our members to adopt a Measurement for Improvement approach through a mixture of training resources and bespoke supporto Work on a wide variety of Aqua's programmes and consultancy delivery to ensure data, measurement and insights are embedded into our approach.o Providing BI support to our flagship improvement programme Advancing Quality (AQ) to work with clinical improvement teams across North West Trusts to use our insight on unwarranted variation to identify opportunities to improve and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.

The role offers a great opportunity to work with data in ways that can really make a difference to how care is delivered and drive improvement activities with our members and customers. You'll work in our small team of analysts and be part of a wider team delivering a programme of evaluation support.

Main duties of the job

o To lead on delivering regular reporting for the AQ programme, mortality, safety and any bespoke insight reports for Aquao To work closely with the evaluation team and colleagues from across Aqua on the successful delivery of programmed work; providing analysis, expertise and support in capturing and demonstrating impact using both qualitative and quantitative datao To support Aqua colleagues on the use of data internally, to ensure that Aqua has the systems and data in place to run effectively as a membership and consultancy organisation.o To support Aqua's flagship Advancing Quality (AQ) Programme with routine and bespoke analysis, reporting and insight. The role includes analysing and presenting data to a wide range of audiences both virtually and face to face.o Measurement for Improvement capability building via Aqua's new virtual learning environment (VLE), virtual and face to face classroom sessions.
