An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven, passionate manager to join our Gastroenterology/Endoscopy team as an Assistant Directorate Manager.
The Directorate of Gastroenterology is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated individual to assist and support the Directorate Manager, Clinical Director and Lead Nurse in the operational management and organisation of the Directorate.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who already has experience of operational management, working with clinicians, project management, managing change and developing practice.
You will be educated to first degree level, or equivalent level of experience and operational management. You will have the ability to develop and lead specific projects and manage any associated change processes.
You will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the directorates in conjunction with the Directorate Manager. Experience of service improvement and process mapping and/or knowledge and experience of waiting list management and 18 weeks referral to treatment and Cancer pathways is essential.
