We are currently looking to recruit a School Nurse to join our developing, enthusiastic and dynamic School Nursing team. The successful candidate with have the opportunity to make an impact on the lives of children and young people, offering them a public health support package and targeted support, to ensure Children and Families lives prosper.

Main duties of the job
As a vital part of the School Nursing Team, you will support the delivery of high quality service provision that promotes and improves school health and addresses inequalities.
Working in collaboration within the skill mix Team, you will offer support and guidance around physical and emotional wellbeing to school aged children as well as working closely with our young people (health champions), who help promote health and wellbeing to their peers.
This flexible and friendly team work predominantly Monday to Friday 9am 5pm, however there may be occasions where you would be required to work outside of these times due to service need.
