Job summary
The post holder will be required to provide a comprehensive and confidential secretarial and/or administrative support to the locality/department to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Main duties of the job
As post holder you will be:
- A member of a large, dynamic admin team within Respiratory
- Demonstrate and maintain knowledge and understanding of Trust Access Policy.
- Update RTT in accordance with Trust guidelines. Assist the Administration and Clerical team with data management utilising PAS and other departmental patient databases.
- Establish and maintain electronic and manual filing systems, take minutes or notes at meetings if and when required ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Processing internal and external correspondence efficiently, Draft any correspondence on behalf of service with guidance from senior clinical team or Administration manager.
- Working autonomously and as part of a team
