An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Women and Children's Department at the NNUH. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide efficient and effective administrative support for the Operational Team. The post holder's main responsibilities will involve general office duties.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be required to deal with general office duties/queries including being able to use the hospital information systems to include patient administration system, the e-rostering system and supporting the team with purchasing.

In addition, the post holder will be required to support meetings with the taking and typing of minutes including preparing and distributing agendas.

The post holder will also need to be able to work as part of a team to assist in the smooth running of the service.

  • Photocopying various documents for the department as required
