Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity is being offered for a fixed term programme lead position to work along side colleagues in the ICB Education Team to support the development of the Clinical learning environment across Norfolk and Waveney .
We are seeking a band 7 nurse / midwife with project , programme management experience; setting up programmes of work using quality improvement tools and techniques
Funding for the post has been provided by NHS England ( NHSE). The aim of the investment is to help Trusts achieve targets set out in the NHS Peoples Plan, increasing the clinical workforce to meet the future workforce demand.
The successful candidate will support the completion of key performance metrics set out by NHSE working alongside the AHP Faculty Lead .
The delivery of the work will be led through the Integrated Care System ( ICS) AHP Faculty and report through to organisations, the ICS Peoples Board , the Regional meetings and NHSE.
This is an excellent opportunity for a secondment for a nurse or midwife to work collaboratively with colleagues from organisations across the ICS to really make a difference and support the NHS workforce development
