We are excited to be recruiting for Facilities Management Monitoring Operative.
As the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital (NNUH) Facilities Management Monitoring Operative you will provide day to day monitoring of the Trust's Facilities contracts & suppliers in line with service specifications, KPIs and performance management regimes.
The successful applicant will be an integral part of the Estates and Facilities team as the support of contract monitoring for the day-to-day interface between the Trust Facilities Team and the Service Providers on Hard and Soft FM matters for both PFI and Off-Site Properties. Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders including building users, the Service Provider and their contractors will be pivotal to the role.
The ideal candidate would have proven experience of Monitoring KPI's and Experience in maintain stakeholder relationships. Experience of NHS or clinical settings is also desirable.
Main duties of the job
The purpose of the FM Monitoring Operative role is to provide day to day monitoring of the Trust's facilities contracts & suppliers in line with service specifications, KPIs and performance management regimes. The role has the aim of working with and supporting Estates and Facilities Team to ensure a seamless Estates and Facilities management service is always maintained.
You will have the responsibility of ensuring that all services meet statutory requirements, government targets, Contract Performance metrics and that they are responsive to stakeholder needs.

2.
