This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our Maintenance Team at the Residences based at the NNUHFT. We have 144 en-suite rooms on site with hotel stays and longer tenancy stays. The Department is committed to providing a high-quality service to those living in our accommodation.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for enthusiastic organized individuals to work part of our maintenance team.

To provide high quality maintenance, repair, installation and services to a range of electrical/mechanical equipment in respect of the residential staff accommodation and engineering department at Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital and mobile off site properties as required.

To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH's 'PRIDE' values of People focused, Respect, Dedication, Integrity and Excellence.

The post holder be part of a dynamic maintenance team who are responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the NNUH Residences.

Variety of Tasks - all tools provided.
